Terms of sale

These terms and conditions govern the purchase of products on NumisMercado, a marketplace owned by NumisMercado (Synkiria SL) (NIF —). Each item is sold by a specialized store (seller); NumisMercado manages the publication, payment processing, and support.

Products and Prices

Prices are displayed in euros including taxes. The owner reserves the right to modify prices and the catalog; the applicable price is the one in effect at the time of finalizing the order.

Purchase Process and Payment

Once the order is confirmed you will receive an email with the summary. Payment is made by card through the secure gateway of Redsys.

Shipping

Shipping is handled by the seller to the address provided. Shipping times and costs are shown during the purchase process before confirming the order. Times are indicative and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users), you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase, except for legal exceptions. To process a return, email info@numismercado.com. Products must be returned in perfect condition and with their original packaging.

Warranty

Products come with the legal warranty established by current regulations against lack of conformity.
